With Forge leading the way in aftermarket products for the new Hyundai’s, we are proud to present our turbo inlet adaptor for the i30N and Veloster N.
Designed and developed by our highly skilled team on the Solidworks CAD system, the all billet turbo adaptor and high flow silicone inlet pipe is proven to benefit your engines performance. With one of the weak links on the i30N and Veloster's intake system being the restrictive aluminium inlet pipe, we found something more was needed on stage 1 and 2 tuned vehicles. You can not go wrong with Forge hardware on your tuned Hyundai - the results speak for themselves!
Mated to our 4” intake and high performance filter (FMINDK28) the gain from the turbo adaptor alone was 10BHP, and, along with a gain in torque, it really transforms your driving experience. The power can be felt from just above 3000 RPM and helps keep a hard consistent pull all the way to the rev limiter.

Testing was completed on a Maha independent dyno, manufactured by the same people who currently supply BMW M sport and Mercedes Benz for all of their engine calibration and dyno testing.
Interestingly there has been lots of divided opinions about our intake requiring a heat shield. Testing took place with the bonnet shut and replicated wind speeds of around 70MPH. Intake temperatures were logged and monitored along with thermal images taken,. During this testing, we did not see the inlet pipe or intake temperatures rise; even after 4 hard pulls, the inlet temperatures stayed at a steady 30°C.
The Forge developed turbo inlet adaptor improves your i30N or Veloster's airflow in several ways. Designed in a similar way to a conventional velocity stack, it routes the air more directly into your turbo charger and allows more air to be compressed due to its larger capacity. This can have a positive affect on accelerating your vehicle after long deceleration or in between gear changes due to more air being kept within the intake system.
The Forge turbo inlet adaptor and high flow inlet pipe has a capacity of more than 150% over the stock item. Not only will you notice the increased performance, but also a slight change in your engine acoustics can be heard.
As with all Forge motorsport products we offer a no quibble lifetime guarantee on both the silicone hose and billet adaptor.
Will this fit other intakes? The answer is yes, it will fit other manufacturers intakes that have an inlet pipe of 102mm (4”). This will not fit the OEM.
This is a simple installation and a modification that releases even more power from the Hyundai`s motor and fitting takes typically around 45 minutes and includes a full set of comprehensive installation instructions.

- The Forge silicone hoses in this kit have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone. This means the hoses are suitable to be used with either modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) or air containing oil mist. The construction of the hoses has been engineered to exceed that of the OEM fitments, and will enhance any engine bay both technically and aesthetically The use of a Fluorosilicone liner ensures that Forge silicone hoses are the clear market leader

The inlet is nice and makes a huge improvement in airflow but I am give it a 4/5 stars because I was send all the parts but the 3 m6x16mm Allen key bolts, which it said on the instructions was provided and had everything for the intake and turbo inlet. Had to run down to the auto parts store to buy new ones and lucky they had a set of 4. Overall happy with inlet but not sure why I wasn’t send the 3 bolts.

This inlet is perfect, big difference in size. Paired with the induction kit you get some crazy flutter and turbo noises. Easy to install if you know what you’re doing. 10/10

Warranty Information
The majority of Forge Motorsport products come with a limited lifetime warranty. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to enable us to help you — failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied. Please note that some products are excluded from the Forge lifetime warranty and instead carry their own specific warranty terms — for example, air filters, electrical components, coil packs, carbon fibre products, and suspension kits. Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos, to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean your cooler, and thoroughly rinsed away afterwards. We recommend that you inspect your product regularly for bent and/or crushed fins — any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used. Be sure you never mix coolant types, and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier's approval.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Ignition Coil Packs
Forge ignition coil packs carry a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects (not our Lifetime Warranty), from date of purchase. As coil packs are often swapped as a full set on suspicion rather than a confirmed fault, claims must identify the specific faulty unit(s) with supporting evidence (e.g. a diagnostic misfire code) and proof of purchase. Full sets cannot be claimed without this. See full terms and conditions for details.
Electrical Components
Electrical components supplied with Forge Motorsport kits — including solenoids, wiring harnesses and looms — are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects, rather than our standard Lifetime Warranty. This covers faulty materials or workmanship only, and does not cover damage from incorrect installation, water ingress, wear, incorrect wiring, or faults originating from your vehicle's own electrical system or other aftermarket electrical accessories. Heat Management Products (Turbo Blankets and Gold Reflective Heat Barrier)
Turbo blankets and our gold reflective heat barrier are covered by a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects (not our Lifetime Warranty), from date of purchase. Turbo blankets cure and lose flexibility over their first few heat cycles as a normal part of fitting. Once heat-cycled they should not be removed. The gold reflective heat barrier is designed for components such as engine covers, intake pipes and induction trays, not for direct contact with exhausts or turbine housings. All Deliveries are sent via Fedex. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines as all orders are up to shipper schedules and routes. Delivery fee is a Flat Rate of $20 fo all orders over $20. Orders below that value are costed out based on weight. Signature required may be added to your package. Orders can not be re-directed, held, or re-scheduled.
Shipping outside of the Lower 48- Duty Charge Information
All Forge products are sold with a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) status and an import tariff may apply to your order. Customers will be contacted by the Customs and Excise authority in the destination country regarding payment prior to delivery, and it is important that correct contact telephone number and email information be submitted with the order to facilitate this part of the delivery process.
