Due to the amount of fake and counterfeit Forge products coming from China, we can no longer offer our all encompassing warranty service. From the 1st of March 2015, all warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to enable us to help you. Failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied.

1. Ordering:

Credit card orders are subject to security clearance and an order may be held for any reason if we feel it necessary to do so in order to verify information regarding your account. To avoid possible delays in processing please include the credit card billing address if it differs from the shipping address. All parts are subject to “back order” status with no guaranteed delivery date. Back orders will be processed and will ship as soon as possible. If parts ordered are on back order for an abnormal length of time, we will contact you to discuss further options.


2. Shipping:

USA Deliveries

All Deliveries are sent via Fedex. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines as all orders are up to shipper schedules and routes.  Delivery fee is a Flat Rate of $20 ($25 with signature required) for all orders over $20. Orders below that value are costed out based on weight. Signature required may be added to your package. Orders can not be re-directed, held, or re-scheduled.

By declining signature required for any shipments, once it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, unless delivered to the wrong address, both carrier and seller are no longer liable for the shipment. Replacements can be provided to the customer, at a discounted rate, but will not be replaced at no cost. The carrier and seller have met their obligation for shipping and delivering of the product. 

Shipping outside of the Lower 48- Duty Charge Information

All Forge products are sold with a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) status and an import tariff may apply to your order. Customers will be contacted by the Customs and Excise authority in the destination country regarding payment prior to delivery, and it is important that correct contact telephone number and email information be submitted with the order to facilitate this part of the delivery process. 

Our shipping methods ensure safe and timely delivery of your new Forge products. For further information on cost and delivery times, please contact Forge using the info@forgemotorsport.com email address if you require any more information. We reserve the right to change the delivery service and company at any time.

***Once a product has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping company, any claims must be made directly with that shipper however we can assist with most cases.

3. Guarantees:

All Forge Products are guaranteed for life to the original purchaser. Guarantee claims must be pre-authorized prior to acceptance. Forge Motorsport reserves the right to replace or refund an item at our discretion. In the event a warrantee item is no longer available, Forge Motorsport reserves the right to substitute a similar item or issue a refund.

4. Returns:

If your goods are faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a refund. Goods must be returned to the Company in original packaging (and without being installed or used and with all relevant seals and enclosures intact) within 14 days of receipt by the buyer.

If you have ordered in error, subject to a restocking charge of not less than 20% of the value of the order we will issue a refund ( *exclusions apply). Goods must be returned to the Company in original packaging (and without being installed or used and with all relevant seals and enclosures intact) within 14 days of receipt by the buyer.

In all circumstances any action shall be subject to the buyer producing proof of purchase and returning goods carriage paid.

* Exclusions: Products made to specific requirements or non-stock items specifically ordered are excluded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to return items:
Please email sales@forgemotorsport.com to being the returns process. 

Any and all returns must get pre-authorization prior to sending the item back to forge Motorsport. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt. If you have a need to return an item please contact Forge Motorsport for a 'Return Authorization' number. All returns are subject to a -20% handling/ re-stocking charge. Incorrectly shipped items will be replaced as soon as possible. Notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order. All returns must be in the original packaging and in new, re-saleable condition.

All return items must be sent back at the customer’s expense with the exception of incorrect items in which case (at our discretion) we will send a 'call tag' to pick up these items or credit the customer for the return shipping charges Special order items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled (check with your sales person) Any parts featured in our advertisements, catalogues, brochures or web site that are not normally carried in our normal inventory will be constituted as a 'Special Order' item.

Test fit all parts. Forge Motorsport USA will not be liable for any miss-shipped items nor will we reimburse for any incurred labour charges from these incidences. Please notify us if you have received any wrong items, we will work to correct the parts as soon as possible”

5. Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty

Forge Motorsport are one of the largest manufacturers of aftermarket turbo accessories, bringing cutting edge design and the highest quality to our product line, we strive every day to bring excellence to our customers. Sometimes, things can go wrong and we want YOU the customer to know you will be looked after beyond any level of customer service you have ever experienced before. With that in mind, the Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty covers only products that have been purchased directly from us, or one of our authorised distributors/dealers.

If your Forge product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing issue or defect, we will repair or replace, at no charge to the customer at our discretion. This service will only be carried out IF the Forge product is still in its original unchanged design condition and the item/product has not been modified or changed in anyway. The Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty will not cover any damage or failure caused by; improper or incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, finished colour/aesthetic appearance of the product, the normal degradation of material over time, or if the product has been exposed to the use of any Traffic Film Remover or alternative acidic cleaner (commonly used in hand car washes).

The warranty will also be invalid if the Forge product has not been fitted to correct applications that it was designed for. Any damage to Forge products that occur outside of the warranty can be sent in for evaluation and a quotation to repair or replace said product along with a return shipping fee. The Forge products that are covered by our (Limited) Lifetime Warranty are to the original purchaser or owner of the Forge item for the lifetime of that said product only. The warranty policy is NOT TRANSFEREABLE However given the quality of the product that Forge manufacture we are confident of great longevity of your “Engineered for Performance” Forge part.

The Forge range of carbon fibre products are manufactured to the highest standards utilising the absolute best materials available. However, in certain applications and in areas of extreme temperature, this can lead to discolouration or fading (yellowing) of the carbon fibre. Unfortunately due to this harsh and extreme environment, your Forge carbon fibre is not warrantied for that eventuality. For the Hyundai engine cover applications, we would recommend considering this modification solely for show use, as it will discolour from heat due to the location of the turbo charger. All other aspects of your carbon fibre products are covered by our warranty process.

Any shipping or returns to Forge Motorsport USA must be insured, pre-paid and include a Forge Motorsport USA Goods Returns Form and a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase to allow us to better serve you. The terms and conditions to the Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty policy are subject to change at any time without notice.

Please note, Pipercross filters are excluded from our Lifetime Warranty

6. Sales Tax:

All Tennessee residents are subject to 7% sales tax. Only out of state sales and TN wholesale dealers with a state resale card on file are exempt. If you have any further questions regarding these terms and conditions please contact us.

7. Cooling Products and TFL

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty – these are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water. 

8. Currency Conversion 

We use a third party application for our currency conversation called CurrencyLayer. This uses a Real-time JSON API to be as accurate as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible if the amount displayed is different to the amount paid in your native currency. Other transactional and conversation fees may also be charged by your bank or the payment processor used. These are the sole responsibility of the customer. Payment will always be taken in USD ($) and the converted currency is only a representation of what you will pay in your local currency. 

9. Loyalty/Anniversary Scheme

The 15% off loyalty coupon/anniversary scheme is for retail customers only. Forge reserve the right to withdraw this at any time. The discount cannot be used on brake kits or brake components. Valid for 30 days after purchase. Cannot be used on products already discounted (marked special offer). If two coupons are in use, the greater value coupon will take effect. Only one coupon can be used per order. If the loyalty coupon is used on a duplicate order, and one order is cancelled/returned, the value of the discounted order will be refunded. The loyalty coupon cannot be used to purchase an item twice. The loyalty coupon will be marked as invalid if an order is requested to be cancelled after a subsequent order is placed to take advantage of the loyalty scheme. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where we believe the loyalty scheme is being utilised incorrectly.

10. Refer-a-friend

The 20% off refer a friend scheme is for first time retail customers only within the territories of the North & South Americas. Forge reserve the right to withdraw this at any time. The discount cannot be used on brake kits and components, silicon hoses, merchandise, wheel products, and triple R lights. Valid for 30 days after the referee purchases. Cannot be used on products already discounted (marked special offer). If two coupons are in use, the greater value coupon will take effect. Only one coupon can be used per order. If a customer uses the scheme to refer themselves under different details, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund both orders. The scheme cannot be used for customers who have already purchased previously. A minimum spend amount may apply for the coupon to become valid, for example an order value of $100.
