By declining signature required for any shipments, once it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, unless delivered to the wrong address, both carrier and seller are no longer liable for the shipment. Replacements can be provided to the customer, at a discounted rate, but will not be replaced at no cost. The carrier and seller have met their obligation for shipping and delivering of the product.
Shipping outside of the Lower 48- Duty Charge Information
All Forge products are sold with a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) status and an import tariff may apply to your order. Customers will be contacted by the Customs and Excise authority in the destination country regarding payment prior to delivery, and it is important that correct contact telephone number and email information be submitted with the order to facilitate this part of the delivery process.
Our shipping methods ensure safe and timely delivery of your new Forge products. For further information on cost and delivery times, please contact Forge using the info@forgemotorsport.com email address if you require any more information. We reserve the right to change the delivery service and company at any time.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
How to Return Items Please email sales@forgemotorsport.com to begin the returns process.
All returns must receive pre-authorization prior to being sent back to Forge Motorsport. To request this, contact Forge Motorsport for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 20% handling/restocking charge, except where noted below. Incorrectly shipped items will be replaced as soon as possible — please notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition.
Return items must be sent back at the customer's expense, with the exception of incorrectly shipped items. In that case, at our discretion, we will either send a call tag to arrange pickup of the item or credit the customer for the return shipping charge.
Special order items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled (check with your sales representative before ordering). Any part featured in our advertisements, catalogs, brochures, or website that is not normally carried in our standard inventory is considered a "Special Order" item.
Please test-fit all parts upon receipt. Forge Motorsport USA is not liable for any misshipped items, nor will we reimburse any labor charges incurred as a result of such incidents. Please notify us immediately if you receive an incorrect item, and we will work to correct it as soon as possible.
5. Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty
Forge Motorsport is one of the largest manufacturers of aftermarket turbo accessories, bringing cutting-edge design and the highest quality to our product line. We strive every day to deliver excellence to our customers, and when things do go wrong, we want you to know you'll be looked after to a standard beyond anything you've experienced before. With that in mind, the Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty covers products purchased directly from us, or from one of our authorized distributors/dealers.
If your Forge product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing issue or defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you, at our discretion. This service is only available if the product remains in its original, unchanged design condition, and has not been modified or altered in any way. The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by improper or incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, the normal degradation of materials over time, or exposure to citrus-based degreasers or other acidic wheel/car-wash cleaning chemicals.
The warranty is also invalid if the product has not been fitted to the correct application it was designed for. Any damage occurring outside the scope of the warranty can still be sent to us for evaluation and a repair or replacement quotation, along with a return shipping fee. Cover applies to the original purchaser or owner of the product, for the lifetime of that product only, and is not transferable. Given the quality of our manufacturing, we're confident in the long-term durability of your "Engineered for Performance" Forge part.
For any warranty claim or query, please contact the Forge Motorsport sales team in your region:
UK & EU: www.forgemotorsport.co.uk
USA and South America: www.forgemotorsport.com
Asia: www.forgemotorsport.asia
This warranty does not apply to any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or a third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier's approval.
Any item being sent to Forge Motorsport for warranty evaluation, repair, or replacement must first be authorized by our team — please email sales@forgemotorsport.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back to us. Items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase, and must be shipped at the customer's expense unless the item was mis-shipped or found to be defective through no fault of the customer, in which case Forge Motorsport will arrange return shipping or credit the shipping cost at our discretion. This process follows the general Returns Policy set out in Forge Motorsport's USA Terms and Conditions (www.forgemotorsport.com/Terms_and_Conditions_COM.html); please refer to that policy for full details on restocking charges, packaging requirements, and return timeframes.
The terms and conditions of the Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty are subject to change at any time without notice.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Please note that certain products and aspects of your Forge product are covered by their own specific warranty terms rather than the general Lifetime Warranty above. See the full list of products and exclusions below.
5.1 Products and Exclusions of the Lifetime Warranty
While the majority of Forge Motorsport products are covered by our (Limited) Lifetime Warranty, certain items are excluded due to their nature as serviceable, perishable, or wearing parts, or because they fall under their own specific warranty terms. These items are listed below for clarity.
5.1 (a) Electrical Components
Solenoids, wiring harnesses/looms, and ignition coil packs are excluded from the Lifetime Warranty. These items are instead covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Please see our full Electrical Components Warranty terms above for details. Section 5.1(j) and Section 5.1(k)
5.1 (b) Rubber, Sealing and Moving/Serviceable Internal Components
The following are considered wearing/perishable items and are excluded from the Lifetime Warranty:
- O-rings, seals and gaskets
- Rubber boots, gaiters and bellows (including those fitted to tie bars, control arms and dogbone/engine mounts)
- Diaphragms fitted within actuators, wastegates and valves
- Pistons, piston rings and seals within actuators, wastegates and dump/blow-off valves that are subject to wear through normal operation
- Springs within actuators and valves that have been altered, over-adjusted, or fatigued through normal use
Where a product contains both covered and excluded parts (for example, an actuator assembly containing a wearing diaphragm or piston seal), only the excluded wearing component itself falls outside the Lifetime Warranty, the housing, body and any other manufacturing defect remains covered as normal.
5.1 (c) Air Filters
Filters Cover varies by filter media type, reflecting the different wear characteristics of each material:
- Pleated/Cotton Gauze Filters: covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser.
- Foam Filters: covered by a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the original date of purchase. Foam media is subject to heat-related degradation and compression over time through normal use, which is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered.
Cover applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. To qualify for warranty cover, filters must be cared for in accordance with Forge's fitting and maintenance guides and/or instructions, including:
- Cleaning the filter at the recommended interval of every 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first, under normal road use. Filters used in dusty, off-road, or track/competition conditions should be inspected and cleaned more frequently.
- Cleaning and re-oiling (where applicable) using only Forge-recommended cleaning products and methods, in line with the instructions supplied with the product.
Neither filter warranty covers:
- Damage caused by improper use, failure to follow product instructions, or failure to perform recommended maintenance
- Modification or unauthorised repair
- Damage caused during installation or removal of the filter
- Damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods or the use of non-recommended cleaning products (this will void the warranty)
- Normal wear and tear, including the natural clogging or degradation of the filter media through use
5.1 (d) Brakes and Braking Components
Brake pads and brake discs/rotors are excluded from the Lifetime Warranty.
Brake vibration caused by uneven rotor wear following incorrect installation is not covered (see Section 8).
5.1 (e) Suspension
Forge suspension kits are excluded from our (Limited) Lifetime Warranty. Instead, suspension products are covered by the following warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, from the original date of purchase:
- Structural/Hard Parts (including damper bodies, mounting hardware, top mounts, and camber plates): 2 year warranty
- Consumable/Wearing Parts (including seals, bump stops, pillow balls, bushings, and springs): 2 year warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, impact or collision
- Incorrect installation
- Use outside of the product's intended application
- Normal wear and tear
- Sway bar end links, where included, which are considered a wear item
Cover applies to the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase must be provided to support any claim.
5.1 (f) Carbon Fibre
Forge carbon fibre products, including engine covers, are manufactured to the highest standards using the best materials available. However, in certain applications and areas of extreme temperature, this can lead to discolouration or fading (yellowing) of the carbon fibre, which is not covered under warranty.
Carbon fibre engine covers sit in close proximity to the turbocharger and other hot engine components, and heat exposure of this kind is a normal characteristic of the product rather than a defect.
We recommend removing carbon fibre engine covers before any track, motorsport, or sustained high-performance driving, as extended heat exposure in these conditions can accelerate discolouration and increase heat retention within the engine bay.
Cracking, splitting, or fracturing of carbon fibre components caused by the over-tightening of hose clamps, bolts, or fixings during installation is not covered, as this is considered an installation error rather than a manufacturing defect.
All other aspects of your carbon fibre products are covered under our warranty process.
5.1 (g) Finish and Aesthetic Appearance
The finished colour, surface coating, or aesthetic appearance of a Forge product is not covered under the Lifetime Warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Natural fading, discolouration, or changes in appearance caused by heat, UV exposure, or general use over time
- The appearance of anodised, powder-coated, or plated finishes
- Any cosmetic marks or blemishes that do not affect the function of the product
This is separate from, and in addition to, the specific finish exclusions that apply to carbon fibre products, detailed above.
5.1 (h) Cooling System Consumables (Coolant)
This applies to Forge components that use coolant as part of their operation, such as radiators and coolant-based intercoolers. The following are not covered under warranty:
- Coolant itself
- Damage caused by the use of incorrect, mixed, or non-approved coolant types
- Damage caused by insufficient (low) or excess (over-filled) coolant levels
5.1 (i) Cooling System Consumables (Oil)
This applies to Forge components that use oil as part of their operation, such as oil coolers. The following are not covered under warranty:
- Oil itself
- Damage caused by the use of incorrect oil types
- Damage caused by insufficient (low) or excess (over-filled) oil levels
- Damage caused by contaminated oil, or failure to service the oil in line with the manufacturer's recommendations
This list is provided for guidance and may be updated from time to time; please contact our customer service team if you are unsure whether a specific product or component is covered.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
5.1 (j) Ignition Coil Packs
Forge Motorsport ignition coil packs are not covered under the Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty. These items instead carry a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects, running from the original date of purchase.
Because coil packs are frequently replaced as a full set on a hunch rather than a confirmed fault, we ask that the following steps are followed before a warranty claim can be assessed:
- Pinpoint the faulty coil pack – we need to know which individual coilpack has failed. Claims covering an entire set, without evidence narrowing this down to specific unit(s), cannot be processed.
- Confirm the fault – provide evidence of the fault, for example a diagnostic scan showing a misfire code for the affected cylinder (e.g. fault code P030X).
- Try the swap test – swap the coil pack you believe is faulty onto a different cylinder. If the misfire moves with it, this helps confirm the coil pack itself is at fault.
- Proof of purchase – a copy of your order confirmation or invoice must also be provided to support the claim.
Claims submitted without this supporting information may be delayed or rejected while further evidence is obtained. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
5.1 (k) Electrical Components
Please note that all electrical components supplied as part of Forge Motorsport kits and products, including but not limited to solenoids, wiring harnesses and looms are excluded from the Forge Motorsport (Limited) Lifetime Warranty and are instead covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
This 12 month warranty covers manufacturing defects in material or workmanship only, and applies only where the product has been correctly installed and used in accordance with Forge Motorsport's fitting instructions. It does not cover:
- Damage or failure caused by incorrect or unprofessional installation
- Water ingress, corrosion, or damage caused by exposure to the elements
- Chafing, abrasion, or wear to wiring in service
- Incorrect voltage, incorrect wiring, or reversed polarity
- Modification, cutting, splicing, or extending of the loom or harness
- Connector or pin damage caused by repeated disconnection or incorrect mating
- Failure caused or contributed to by pre-existing faults, poor earths/grounds, or damaged wiring elsewhere in the vehicle's electrical system
- Failure arising from conflicts with aftermarket ECUs, piggyback tuning devices, alarms, or other non-Forge electrical accessories connected to the product
- Failure caused by fitment to a vehicle or application the product was not designed for
As with all Forge warranty claims, the item must be returned for evaluation along with proof of purchase, and any claim found to be valid will result in repair or replacement at Forge Motorsport's discretion. Where inspection shows the fault originates from the vehicle's own wiring or electrical system rather than the Forge component itself, the warranty claim will not be upheld and standard repair/evaluation charges may apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5.1 (l) Heat Management (Turbo Blankets and Gold Heat Resistant Wrap
Forge turbo blankets (FMTUBL range) and our gold heat resistant wrap (FMGW50) are excluded from our (Limited) Lifetime Warranty. Instead, these products are covered by a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, from the original date of purchase.
5.1 (l)(i) Turbo Blankets
Forge turbo blankets are designed to withstand radiant temperatures of up to 1370°C (2500°F). They are made from a flexible high-temperature fabric which cures and permanently loses its flexibility over the first few heat cycles. This is a normal, designed characteristic of the product and is not a fault. It is also normal for a new blanket to smoke and give off an odour during its first few heat cycles as it cures.
Once fitted and heat-cycled, a turbo blanket must not be removed, as this will damage it. Blankets that have been removed, refitted, or transferred to another turbocharger after curing are not covered.
This warranty does not cover:
- Fading or discolouration caused by heat cycling
- Curing and loss of flexibility of a turbo blanket, or damage caused by removing a blanket after it has cured
- Smoke or odour produced during a blanket's initial heat cycles
- Abrasion, chafing, tearing, or other mechanical damage
- Incorrect fitment, inadequate clearance from surrounding components, or fitment to an application the product was not specified for
- Bespoke or made-to-order blankets manufactured correctly to a customer's own specification
5.1 (l)(ii) Gold Heat Resistant Wrap
Our gold reflective heat barrier is rated to withstand temperatures of up to 450°C and is intended for use on components such as wiring, engine covers, bulkheads, firewalls, boost pipes, fuel lines, areas under seats, intake pipework, airboxes, engine compartments and fuel cells. It is not designed for, and is not covered against, direct contact with exhaust manifolds, turbine housings, downpipes, exhaust clamps, catalytic converters, or any other component operating above its stated temperature rating. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the product is suitable for their intended application before fitting.
This warranty does not cover:
- Fading or loss of reflectivity caused by heat exposure
- Application to an exhaust manifold, turbine housing, downpipe, exhaust clamp, catalytic converter, or any other surface exceeding its stated temperature rating of 450°C
- Failure of the barrier to adhere where the surface was not cleaned and prepared in line with our fitting instructions
- Contamination by oil, fuel, coolant, or any acidic cleaner such as Traffic Film Remover
- Use outside of the product's intended application
Turbo blankets and the gold reflective heat barrier may only be returned unused and in their original packaging, in line with our standard returns policy. Once a blanket has been heat-cycled, or the gold reflective heat barrier has been applied, it cannot be returned. Cover applies to the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase must be provided to support any claim. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Sales Tax:
All Tennessee residents are subject to 7% sales tax. Only out of state sales and TN wholesale dealers with a state resale card on file are exempt. If you have any further questions regarding these terms and conditions please contact us.
7. Cooling Products Care
Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products — particularly citrus-based degreasers or other acidic wheel/car-wash cleaning chemicals — to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. These products are commonly found at car washes and can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems, voiding your warranty. Instead, use a light, warm, soapy solution free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds, and rinse it away thoroughly.
We recommend inspecting your product regularly for bent or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face.
At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the cooling system. Never mix coolant types, and always use distilled water.
8. Brakes and Suspension
No warranty is offered for brake vibration caused by uneven rotor wear resulting from incorrect installation of brake rotors. Accurate mounting and checking of rotor runout at installation is critical, and despite clear guidance, some installers still complete fitment without checking runout. This often leads to brake vibration appearing within the first 3,000–5,000 miles, which voids the warranty. The remedy in this case is to have the rotors resurfaced or replaced, thoroughly clean the mounting flange on the vehicle, and carefully check runout before returning the vehicle to service.
Our suspension kits are also excluded from the Lifetime Warranty; please see the Suspension section above (Section 5 - Product Exclusions - Suspension) for the specific warranty terms that apply to those products.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
9. Currency Conversion
We use a third party application for our currency conversation called CurrencyLayer. This uses a Real-time JSON API to be as accurate as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible if the amount displayed is different to the amount paid in your native currency. Other transactional and conversation fees may also be charged by your bank or the payment processor used. These are the sole responsibility of the customer. Payment will always be taken in USD ($) and the converted currency is only a representation of what you will pay in your local currency.
10. Loyalty/Anniversary Scheme
The 15% off loyalty coupon/anniversary scheme is for retail customers only. Forge reserve the right to withdraw this at any time. The discount cannot be used on brake kits or brake components. Valid for 30 days after purchase. Cannot be used on products already discounted (marked special offer). If two coupons are in use, the greater value coupon will take effect. Only one coupon can be used per order. If the loyalty coupon is used on a duplicate order, and one order is cancelled/returned, the value of the discounted order will be refunded. The loyalty coupon cannot be used to purchase an item twice. The loyalty coupon will be marked as invalid if an order is requested to be cancelled after a subsequent order is placed to take advantage of the loyalty scheme. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where we believe the loyalty scheme is being utilised incorrectly.
11. Refer-a-friend
The 20% off refer a friend scheme is for first time retail customers only within the territories of the North & South Americas. Forge reserve the right to withdraw this at any time. The discount cannot be used on brake kits and components, silicon hoses, merchandise, wheel products, and triple R lights. Valid for 30 days after the referee purchases. Cannot be used on products already discounted (marked special offer). If two coupons are in use, the greater value coupon will take effect. Only one coupon can be used per order. If a customer uses the scheme to refer themselves under different details, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund both orders. The scheme cannot be used for customers who have already purchased previously. A minimum spend amount may apply for the coupon to become valid, for example an order value of $100.
