Product Description
After countless hours spent perfecting our Suzuki Swift Sport Hybrid performance upgrades, we are excited to present the availability of our advanced ECU remapping software for the Suzuki Swift Sport Hybrid. Customers can choose between Stage 1 and Stage 2 calibrations, delivering a flexible performance solution for both standard and modified vehicles.
Designed to enhance power delivery, throttle response, and overall drivability, our latest software transforms the Swifts character while retaining the refinement expected from a modern performance hatch.
Our fully recalibrated engine management system delivers substantial gains in both power and torque. Each ECU map is developed using our bespoke in-house software, refined extensively through real-world road testing and demanding track conditions. Power increases are delivered smoothly across the entire rev range, resulting in improved drivability and a broader, more accessible power band that perfectly complements the exceptional chassis dynamics of the Suzuki.
Our Stage 1 tune transforms the Swift Sport Hybrid, boosting power from the factory-quoted 129 BHP/235 Nm to an impressive 155 BHP and 300Nm. This software can be installed on a totally standard vehicle which works well. However, we would recommend installing our turbo inlet hose FMTIA14 and induction kit FMINDK53 for the best gains. Not only does the 1.4 liter engine now pull much harder mid-range but it keeps pushing all the way to the red line.

Since developing our Stage one software we have taken time in development to push the Swifts turbo to it’s optimum performance. This is where the Forge Stage 2 ECU calibration unleashes even greater performance, sharper response, stronger torque, and a noticeable jump in real-world power.
If you want your vehicle to perform at its absolute best, this is the setup that gets you there. Our development vehicle was equipped with our FMINDK53, FMTIA14 and FMINT16, along with a full performance exhaust system including a sports catalyst and downpipe.
For Stage 2, the upgraded intercooler and exhaust system are essential to support the increased performance demands.
The gains achieved from our Stage 2 ECU calibration are extremely impressive. Following extensive dyno testing, road validation and data analysis from track sessions, we developed a calibration that consistently delivers 170 BHP and 310 Nm of torque — an increase of +41 BHP and +75 Nm and over a totally stock Swift. On the road, this translates into a linear, confidence-inspiring surge of performance. Thanks to the vehicle light weight, the Stage 2-equipped model feels every bit as quick as hot hatches from the class above high praise for a car with a 1.4 liter displacement engine.

Installation of our ECU calibration takes approximately two hours and is carried out at our Gloucester HQ. While your vehicle is with us for the software upgrade, why not take advantage of our expert technicians and have additional Forge Motorsport UK–manufactured performance products or full bundle packages installed at the same time?

Warranty Infomation
All Forge Motorsport products come with a limited lifetime warranty. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to enable us to help you. Failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
